This winery has the capacity to produce 2,000,000l annually, producing wines of Syrah, Macabeo, Airen, Tempranillo and Verdejo grapes and is provided with the material, human and technical resources needed to ensure development of exquisite wines from our vineyards and careful treatment of the wines produced.
We have facilities for the reception of the grapes growing in the hundreds of Has of vineyards located near the winery.
After the pressing process and maintaining appropriate temperature levels to ensure the highest quality, the wine is stored in 5 stainless steel containers for fermentation to occur.
During the fermentation process we give special importance to temperature control of wine which remains controlled all the time.
Once fermented the wine is left to stand in other containers and after that we move it to the filtering and cooling processes to ensure proper brightness and tonality.
To process the wine made in our facilities we have a bottling plant with daily capacity of 20000 bottles as well as 30 French oak barrels for aging our wines.
The grape varieties we are working with are:
- Petit verdot
- Sauvignon blanc.
