  • Temperature: The ideal temperature for serving the wine is between 12º and 15º C.
  • Gastronomic Combinations: Meats, lamb, and goat, Vegetables, sausages, and Barbecues, river fish and mild cheeses.
  • Alcohol: 12- 13º
